It doesn't really matter, but how is our defense better with Javy in LF and Zobrist in 2B rather than vice versa?

he's had how many games to practice and he still sounds like when one of the 7th inning guests jokingly tries to do pbp for a pitch.

Unbelievable that he was talking about Presley going to 2nd before Villar scoring.

Zobrist had knee issues last year, he probably has very limited range in LF

Wow, that run developed rather quickly.

Arrieta at 91 through 5. I'd be okay with his day being over.

Was gonna say it depends if the pitcher bats but thats looking very likely now

i think everyone's main underlying problem with coomer is his voice

no...it's his dumb doofus sounding stumbling bumbling delivery which is further exacerbated when he's doing pbp

I enjoyed the single to left where he said it was line to left and that Javy made a great play on the bounce. For a split second, I thought Javy caught it. All he had to do was say liner to left that drops in before the Baez part.

I think you pull him. They're making a conscious effort to limit his innings. It's cold and miserable and he doesn't have his command, plus the bullpen got the night off last night. We'll be fine with the 4 run lead plus whatever we add on here. Unless they have some quality start streak they want to keep.

I'll LOL if Ross launches another one here. But Cap has to get it near him, so that might prove a challenge.

it's hilarious because we are so spoiled on the TV side and the radio PBP side...if there was just somebody competent in the radio color seat we'd have it insanely good.

Is that really Chris Capuano, or is Gameday stuck on 1998 mode?

would make sense, GameDay is made by engineers still stuck in 1998

I think he's a solid color guy.

MLB.TV has an option to listen to the radio while watching the Game on TV. Its very nicely synced with the game.

I try to listen to 1/2 the game each way, but always avoid WSCR during the 5th.
