Some of the writers are saying Bryant went for an MRI and it revealed a mild sprain. Others make it sound like Bryant is going for a precautionary MRI.

I'm guessing he went for a MRI already if they know it's a mild sprain?

16-5 is the second best start for the Cubs in the WS era behind 1907, which started 17-4. The +74 run differential is the fourth best after 21 games since 1900, and 18 better than the previous Cubs record (1929).

Despite the record, the 1907 team managed only a +25 run differential through 21 games because they had 8 wins by 1 run and 5 by 2.
