The only ballpark i know of that has a regular straight on camera is the Target Field. I was definitely one of the people who complained.

Fox spent TONS of money to get FS1 going...if they didn't put any big time sports on there, they'd have nothing at all. Everything else gets horsefeathers ratings.

 

They want it to compete with ESPN. And nobody complains if a playoff game is on ESPN.

 

They risk pissing off some people that don't have FS1, but the hope is that customers will complain to the carriers, who will add the channel and pass the costs on to the subscriber.
