SEC is going to be a little better this season, but Arkansas will be NIT at best. LSU could be sneaky good, and overall the caliber of coaching league wide is improving.

With the best recruit in the nation and being ranked to start the season, LSU won't be sneaking up on anyone.

They are probably not that good, but both teams they lost to are tourney quality teams and the Providence game was on the road.

Yep. They've been dealing with some injuries too. No Nunn yet, Black missed the first game, Tate is out, Abrams is out for the year, so they've been playing a bit short-handed.

Also playing without our starting PG(after already losing the initial starting PG for the season a few months ago), starting SG, and the starting PF probably still isn't 100%.

Illinois has 3 starters missing, one upperclassman playing, scheduled crazy tough early, and won't play a home game for a month. Given that, they look better than I expected so far.

Purdue looks really good. I was cautiously optimistic before the season, but after watching them play a few games, my expectations are a lot higher now.
