c'mon, guys. This series is terrible and embarrassing, but they'll still only be 2.5 games out at worst after today with over two months left. Just two days ago we held a playoff spot. We still need to buy.

 

See and we have now gotten to the point where I'm not sure if this is sarcastic or not.

 

I wasn't being sarcastic.

 

It's almost like it's possible to put a bad run of baseball into perspective and not assume that this is the best we can ever play.

I blame all this on Jhonny Peralta. That [expletive] swing was the turning point of our season.

I take an impromptu vacation to Chicago and spend tragic amounts of money for two tickets behind home plate tomorrow for my 2nd ever visit to wrigley and they're in a middle of a tailspin

 

Actually I got a real reasonable deal on tickets I just wanted to vent
