Just curious where the long time posters here came over from. I was actually on both ESPN and Cubs.com a lot so I recognized a lot of you even though I barely posted.

 

Followed all the Mike Lowell rumors and Luis Castillo and Pudge stuff etc on both boards.

 

I think my first actual post here was about the Lee trade, but I'm not sure. And I think I was mad about it.

Cubs.com, tho I think I posted on ESPN like 4 times. Don't remember how I found NSBB, either by a google search or from a link/reference on Cubs.com board.

ESPN.com. I remember that dude from Cincinnati, Davemason, and that HTC troll guy (cant remember if thats what it was, I know his name was an ackronym for something Cubs hate related). I was proud that I rescured Soul and told him about NSBB, but he doesn't remember that.

 

My first post here was minutes before Game 2 of the 2003 NLDS. My first NSBB Cubs meltdown was probably an hour or two later.

Also I remember thinking I was so baseball smart (probably because I was posting in a virtual kindergarden of Cubs discussion) and got shot down quickly when I made an early argument that Juan Cruz would never make it as a starter because he's too skinny (maybe I'm right...we're having the same discussion about Edwards).

Long time poster @ cubs.com. I was CruzWood, then, I believe. There were a couple of good posters on the site but a ton of trolls. I believe Tim was SanClementeFan over there and I followed him here.
