I'd respect them more if they were in any other power 5, not just the SEC. The ACC is a complete joke. I'm not arguing they aren't a good team fwiw, they're just a loathsome crew.

I get that they have a rapist at QB but what is it about the rest of the team? They don't seem any worse than the typical elite college team.

Their starting RB beat his pregnant girlfriend, and their coach said with a straight face after they beat ND that their program is about class and integrity.

Which is worse than ND how?

I was explaining why one might find FSU loathsome. Anyone is free to find ND loathsome if they want, but the post I was replying to didn't mention them, so I don't really see the need to shoehorn them into the discussion.

You mentioned them in your post, though...

I referenced when he said something. I wasn't comparing the two.

But you brought them up, so referencing them again is not "shoehorning" them into the discussion.

FSU is a very good team. Say what you will about jameis and company but vs auburn vs nd vs Louisville when they needed to make plays they came alive. Until somebody stops them (with Winston playing) than I can't say with confidence that anybody in the FBS is better. Louisville was a good road win last night. Nd was a good win. Clemson without their qb was a good win. There shedule to date is not easy and they remain undeafeated.

I'm ready for somebody to beat the [expletive] out of Mississippi state.

I understand their ranking. But I don't consider them a top 10 team. They got a good win home vs auburn that featured a turnover party. Alabama is going to destroy them. They looked mediocre vs kentucky. They basically had great fist halves against LSU and ATM. They might Even lose at home vs arkansas.

The party is over for them soon.

Yes, I get their ranking as well, but in reality they are wildly overrated. Their defense is garbage and Dak is good but he can be stopped and is actually only an average passer. They do have a knack for jumping out to huge leads, which certainly helps.

The Auburn game was one of the flukiest things I've ever seen. Auburn literally spotted them 14 points in the first TWO MINUTES of the game. We all see what hot garbage A&M is this year, so that win in Starkville isn't that impressive. The LSU win in Baton Rogue was legit, but this LSU team is extremely young and that was very early in the season. If they played them again at this point in the season I don't think that would be the result.

Arkansas won't beat them in Starkville, but they'll VERY likely lose to Bama in Tuscaloosa and will likely lose in Oxford to Ole Miss.

Florida State definitely has a good team, but not as good as last year's team, and they will be beaten in the semifinals if they win the remaining regular season games. Agree..Mississippi State will probably lose to bama.

Maryland got an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on the coin toss because their captains refused to shake hands with Penn State's.

You know your season is in the toilet when Pam Ward is calling your game

I think that's Beth Mowins.

Why?

And how did I not notice how fat Wisconsin's kicker is until just now?

Duke-Pitt is pretty entertaining. That felt weird typing.

Jamison Crowder (Duke WR) is entertaining to watch and James Connor (Pitt RB) is really, really good.

Wisconsin, running up the score, throws a deep ball to a wide open Gordon, who has another Badger trying to catch the ball land his helmet right on his knee. Possible injury.

stupid.
