Poor sad Gus

Well that was fun. Was waiting for Purdue to slip a bit, but the Boilers never let up. Great win.

So enjoyable. That's two blowout victories in a row against IU. Granted we didn't play at IU last year. :)

Gus is on BTN now?

He has been for several years.

I know he was in the past but I can't remember the last time I saw him. I know he was doing soccer and other stuff but isn't anymore. I think he mostly calls Big East games now.

Ray Davis may be the most underrated player in the B1G.

He's fun to watch.

Love the fact that Smotherman is getting more minutes, too.

TF they find a black guy named Basil Smotherman? He in witness protetction?

It would make sense if he was British haha. They did a marketing bit with him called 'Cooking with Basil'.

The officiating on behalf of yogi is an embarrassment.

Hackey Arena *cough*

Nearly his entire offensive game is based on pushing off and his defensive game is all about the flop.

Just like Shaq back in the day, he is difficult to properly officiate due to his stature.

No possession and lying out of bounds. Have to expect that kind of home cooking though playing at Penn State.

I was actually okay with that call. The ticky tack one on Tate on the rebound/kick out pass was BS.

I'm glad we got the 50/50 call on Newbill's drive at the end though. Easily could have been called and I'd have probably been pissed if it was my team and it didn't.

Edit: I almost forgot the insane block by Nunn on the big man about to dunk. Kid is a hell of an athlete.

A loss to Penn State would have been the proverbial parking cone up our ass that brought us out of loser denial.
