Fwiw, I think UL and Michigan would've knocked out the Shockers.

Regardless it was a stacked bracket. An undefeated team, the most talented team in the country (arguably), last years champs with much of the same roster, and then 2 of the 3 best offenses in the country, one being last years runner up and the other having one of the 2-3 best players in the country in Duke.

Agreed, it was by far the most difficult bracket in the tourney.

Who on Michigan is looking to come back? MSU may not even make the tourney next season.

no inside sources here, but i like McGary to return

he's still a year younger than Payne, who improved his stock by returning

It's becoming more and more apparent that I attended the national championship in St. Louis last Sunday. It was a fun game.

Yeah, I don't think the "real" national championship was between an underseeded 8 and an overseeded 1

Virginia and Memphis?

No, Virginia beat actual teams to attain their 1 seed. This is literally the first time I've ever seen the lame "real championship game" attributed to a game involving a team ranked no better than 29 by the committee. I wonder if Oregon fans will rally to be the real runner up if Wisconsin beats Kentucky.

Come back and risk injury again? I think he's gone. Though, he probably looking at a pick in the 20s vs. a lottery pick if he comes back.

I think he's a high second round pick right now unless he somehow impresses greatly during his workouts

Yeah, I was assuming he would have good workouts, and operating under best case scenario in both scenarios (coming back, leaving)

UConn looking like the team that lost to Louisville by 33 a months ago.

And right when I type that they go on an 11-0 run.

I turned it on TBS and was wondering who the hell these broadcasters were until I saw that it was the UConn telecast.

Connecticut will be the first 7-seed to make the title game.

wtf, kentucky is going to win the whole thing, aren't they?

Best coach in America.

People say he's just a recruiter, but he's done a heck of a job with this team.

They're gonna be really good in a few years when those freshmen grow up.

I know. Hell the past four years he's what? Final Four, Champ, NIT, Final Four plus? I hate him, but he's a great coach.
