So our first game with a healthy starting 5 will be game 1 of the regular season then, right?

Will Hinrich be ok to play? I'd like to see Teague not getting regular season minutes.

please stay healthy. a 55-60 win team with a healthy rose is still fun as hell even if they flame out against the heat in the playoffs.

This is not true. Sucks losing to Miami. Better be at least ECF and in more than 5 games if they do lose to them.

I think his point is that no matter the circumstances, the Bulls are more entertaining with Rose than without.

And such a season would be fun (I think this is a 60+ win team, tho...not to split hairs) even if it ended crappy against Miami.

2013-14 Bulls...

Best case: Win a title

Worse case: Rose blows out his knee, Noah can barely contribute in the playoffs due to plantar fascitis, Deng bed ridden from a hospital mishap, and Boozer ineffective as a result. So...last year.

Also, has there ever been more of a case of "everything to prove" vs "nothing to prove" than the Bulls-Heat game tomorrow? I think the Heat might have less than nothing to prove tomorrow.

Every time the Bulls play Miami in the regular season?

The Bulls have shown that kicking the [expletive] out of the Heat in the regular season doesn't really mean squat, so I'm not sure what tomorrow would prove either way.

What do the Bulls have to prove?

To stop being ladyboys who can't stay healthy over a regular season+playoffs

Let's play a game...exactly how many things can people find wrong with the above post?

Probably more excited for this season than any in a long time. I'm more of a college guy simply because the NBA regular season just doesn't seem to mean that much but this team should be fun to watch and I need something good right now.

Bulls beat the Heat tomorrow.

I know it's edited to make him look bad but that montage of Wade cheap shots is amazing. He never got suspended for any of those?

He got suspended 1 game for the Charlotte one. Neither of the Pacer ones even got a flagrant 2. The Collison hip check was called a flagrant 1 during play and not upgraded after the game. The elbow to Stephenson was not called on the floor at all, and was upgraded to a flagrant 1 after the game.

I think if the Collison hip check happens during the regular season that's def a flagrant 2 and he probably is suspended for a game or 3, but since it was the playoffs no way they do that.

If healthy this is the best Heat team yet. If there are no major trades or injuries, I have the Bulls losing to the Pacers in the second round of the playoffs. The Pacers have two legit scorers who can create and the Bulls don't.

If we're assuming that everyone will be healthy, you're severely underestimating how good the Bulls will be on defense.

Are we assuming that the Pacers are healthy? Because that's kind of a big assumption. Granger is already hurt.

Watching Rose again is going to be awesome but considering the last two seasons that we've played, the Bulls have finished as the number 1 seed, it's hard for me to be too excited for the regular season but the NBA is too awesome for me not to be happy that it's back.
