if it's a winning team that is young at the major league level, still has a very good farm system for the future, and doesn't have any bad contracts.... then yes. that wouldn't just be a turnaround for the major league team, it would be a massive turnaround in the entire organization..... in 3 years.... with a capped payroll.

McLure noted that the shoulder soreness that Gonzalez has been dealing with is only minimal. It's been a disappointing Grapefruit League season for the Cuban right-hander, posting a 16.87 ERA and 4.50 WHIP in 2 2/3 innings. He's expected to begin the season in the minor leagues.
