Probably because it is full of holes. The only reason we know about it is they filed a civil suit, apparently. And that was thrown out a couple days later. The lawyer claims it was just because of paperwork issues.

aaron hernandez sure has shot lots of stuff. dudes, harddrives, cell phones. he'll probably shoot the arrest warrant when they show up with it
