Mitchell Tanney has no affiliation with The Score that I'm aware of.

He used to play right up the road in Lexington. I feel like he played for the Bloomington arena team at one point too... I could be wrong with that one, though.

This whole story is so odd to me. Yeah he had some concussions at A&M but the last one was early last season and he didn't miss any time after that game that I recall. Maybe one game after that but he played the last 5-6 games of the season with no issues.

There's the possibility that A&M was being reckless with the kid's future.

There's the possibility that A&M was being reckless with the kid's future.

Seems very possible considering what's happening now, but I sure hope not. Maybe the NFL is just overly cautious due to all the pending litigation on the matter.

I really hope Trestman turns out to be an amazing coach because listening to him talk kind of sucks. I could ignore that if they win a lot.

 

I bet not many coaches use the word "self-actualize".

 

Trestman is gonna be terrible in front of a mic, but he seems like he's a bit looser in an actual coaching situation.

All that forced, "they are really working hard out there" stuff with the coach who had his back to us, and the "don't blink, it will be over" lines were just as awkward as anything he says to the media.

If Jeffery, Slauson, Wootton, and whoever starts at LB with Briggs can get to above average and they can find a way to get Hayden off the field, this team has a chance to be special. Cutler to dark green would be most ideal though.

Surprised to see Jennings as a blue-chipper but not Brandon Marshall. All the others sound about right.

 

Tillman is, not Jennings.

 

Yep, not functioning yet. And I meant Jennings, but apparently I can't recognize the color blue this morning.

 

You mean you meant Tillman? lol

 

No, I literally meant Jennings because for some reason I thought he had a blue icon. So it was really that bad of a misunderstanding of simple colors where I mistook dark green f or blue
