I'd be surprised if he ever sees the inside of a jail cell. Not because he's innocent-- he's not. He's guilty as hell and will be sentenced to a very long time in prison-- but because he'll off himself before it gets to that point. Really, what are his options at this point? Go to prison in solitary for his protection or kill himself.

 

He's probably too much of a coward to do the right thing.

 

More than likely. If that's the case he can slowly waste away in solitary confinement for the rest of his life. You can't put him in with the general population or he'd be killed rather quickly.

I didn't literally "dream" about it, but I can't say it would sadden me in the least if it would happen.

My friend's dad was a child molester and he never saw jail time. His lawyer knew enough tricks to keep him out until he died of natural causes. It wouldn't surprise me if that happened here, too.

abuck is just jealous because nobody told him the tricks to use to keep known child rapists out of prison
