Paterno sold his house to his wife for $1 in July.

 

That can't possibly protect his assets can it? I mean, if that's the case wouldn't everyone facing a losing civil suit just 'gift' all their assets to other people?

I propose to change the thread about Jerry Sandusky to the title "Jerry Sandusky" and not someone who didn't molest anyone.

 

who's to say paterno didn't take part in the kiddie rape? it seems like he did a lot to have everything covered up. we could change the title to "joe paterno, kiddie rape enabler or rapist himself?"

actually if you commit a murder on campus, you just get academic probation. kind of a big loophole, if you ask me.

 

insisted upon by joe paterno. it was either allow murder on campus or watch him [expletive] his pants in front of everyone.

they're not going to get joe pa's house if they get a civil judgment against him.

 

it makes it harder to get a search warrant on him and gives him enough time to remodel the kiddie porn dungeon in the basement.

and his house isn't worth much. He's lived in the same house forever....some 60's Brady Bunch house looking dwelling. he's hardly living it up in a mansion behind golden gates.

mcqueary is probably just covering his own ass. if he witnessed a child rape and didn't stop it, he'd most likely be subject to some jail time as well at least one can hope.
