Exactly. I have to say, I haven't agreed Eddie several times in this series. It almost seems like he's being contrarian just for the hell of it a lot of the time.

 

Didn't think there were going to be any penalty calls. This is just about as close to a must-score PP as you'll ever see.

This is game 6 NLCS level choking for the Canucks here in terms of how much misery this will bring them if they lose. Obviously the Cubs blew a 3-1 lead, and this is the championship round, but I feel good in saying I know what the Canucks are going through right now.

 

But I'm still taking pleasure in it!

I was listening to NHL Radio on Sirius all day and they were saying Thomas had it in the bag pretty much no matter what, unless one of the 'Nucks went apeshit in this game and they won. Hard to argue.

 

But yes, at this point, it's Thomas or Marchand.
