Not too hard to build a bench with tons of cap room and a great foundation in a big market. And Thibs was a no brainer as well. A lot of teams wanted him. He chose the Bulls because of the team in place.

Anyways, nobody cares about this award.

Well a lot of teams wanted Lebron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh too. Why does Riley get credit for them, but GarPax doesn't get credit for Thibs and the bench?

On the other hand they signed maybe the worst contract of the offseason.

They signed Joe Johnson?

Maybe, but that wasn't what was being argued.

I'd be interested in a realistic argument that shows Boozer to be the worst contract of the offseason. I can't see how it's even close, really.

Or Drew Gooden?

I know the idea is to keep Teague out of the lane, or from getting to hoop with good defense. But, when he does get to the hoop why can't the Bulls pound his ass like Hawks have Rose?

Riley cleared cap space and actually got the big three to sign for less than max. Then he got some decent role players to sign for league minimum. You could argue that not many other execs could've pulled that off. Or wouldve even tried.

Didn't the players get together and convince each other to play together?

Every time they do a "de-fense" chant they score. I hate those games.

But Bogans is 3-3 with 8 points in the first quarter, so we're going to win

Yes Steve. It was a clean block. But what was Horford doing with his other hand?

Why does Thibs keep having Korver guard Teague? Teague is just running around Korver.
