That's interesting. Lost in how fun that team is and how likable Durant is, the Westbrook is a baby story hasn't really been told.

It's a relatively recent development. He's always been the most emotional of the group, but in the last 20-30 games (RIGHT AFTER THE ALL STAR GAME, HMM) it's kind of become overbearing. Something will give eventually, and probably will after last night. He got roasted on TNT and twitter/public perception.

are the thunder the favorites to come out of the west at this point? the lakers don't look great (and could very easily lose this NO series), and if memphis wins, okc will get them in the second round.

Memphis is a really bad matchup for us. ZBo and Gasol eat us up. I'd say the Mavs are the favorites at this point. If not for that bizarre collapse, they would have won that series 4-1.

Memphis took 3 of 4 against them i beleive. That was all without Perkins though. If they both advance it should be a really good series. I like the fact that we have Tony Allen/Battier/Sam Young to throw at Durant. Those are three pretty good 1 on 1 defenders.

I heard KD ripped him on Twitter too but no one caught it because they thought it was Klingon

Who decided it would be a good idea for the Thunder fans to all wear shirts that are the same color as the Denver uniforms?

I can see how you'd be serious, and I can see how this would be sarcasm.

Now I am losing the ability to stand. My shoulders are slumping. My neck is wilting in resignation. Your officiating incompetence has rendered me an invertebrate.

What? You're T'ing me up?! I'm looking around, but don't see anyone else nearby. With both index fingers, I'm pointing -- mouth agape -- at my own chest, as if to say: ME? You're calling that technical on ME? For what? I didn't say anything. I am looking at my coach, at my teammates, at our trainer, seeking confirmation that I have not lost my mind. All I said was, "Brother's tuckered." As in you must be tuckered out after all that running, brother. I know I am. Why don't you sit down?

So we have 4 series left to be decided. All of them are 3-2

Atlanta/Orlando

LA Lakers/New Orleans

Memphis/San Antonio

Dallas/Portland

Rank the 4 in how likely the team that's down 2-3 will come back to win. I'm gonna say...

Atlanta/Orlando - I think Orlando will come back and somehow find a way to beat Atlanta.

Dallas/Portland - I think Dallas will win the series, but I think Portland has a great shot of winning game 6 so they are up here.

Memphis/San Antonio - After last night, I definitely think San Antonio has a chance to ride that momentum to a series win. At the same time, Memphis has been in every single game and I just don't think we'll see San Antonio ever just take over the series. Although the hardest part is closing out the series, Memphis didn't exactly choke last night. It hit all its FTs in regulation and forced SA into really tough shots (Ginobili's almost 3, Neil's 3 from 3 feet behind the line).

LA Lakers/New Orleans - I don't think NO will beat LA, but then again, NO has been surprising all series.

I'll go out on a limb and say 2 of the series feature comebacks. Orlando and either Portland or San Antonio.

I don't know where Andrew Bynum's short jumper has come from, but I love it.

it's both really, as long as it's a game not involving the bulls. at this point im actually entertained by how horrible he is.

Bools wee-un.

Heh, I'm probably going to screw up the Memphis/SA pick, but other than that the super homer picks haven't done too bad yet.
