probably shouldn't be giving rivers a four foot cushion for a three with 2 seconds left.

But what if he blew by him?

there was like 1.4 seconds left.

I was kidding, you have to force the ball out of rivers hands IMO.

Absolutely. Reggie Bullock (right?) did an awful job on the last possession; which, moreso than Tyler Zeller, resulted in Austin Rivers' open shot. Bullock ran away from Rivers, which did two things: (1) prevented a trap which could have forced Rivers to dribble backwards out of it wasting time, force a shot, or make a difficult pass (making Rivers give up the ball should have been the goal defensively); and (2) left a big man (Zeller) in an uncomfortable position alone on the perimeter guarding a player that was obviously going to shoot. Zeller compounded the issue by laying too far off a player that was obviously looking to shoot a 3-pointer to win the game (this was a difficult task for Zeller, but he can't let Rivers shoot an easy 3). Just a really poor job all around defending what everyone in the building knew was coming.

It just blows my mind. They have:

6-11 PJ3 (derp)

6-10 Anthony Jones

6-9 Cory Jefferson

6-9 Quincy Miller

and they can't use that to stop Jeff Withey from getting 25 points on 8-10 shooting?

Perry jones is monster overrated right now.

His raw stats look pretty good...14 ppg, 55 percent shooting, 7 rpg. I guess it just feels like he should be dominating every game.

He's pillow soft and he's coached by one of the worst game coaches I've ever seen. I can't imagine why any top player would want to play for him.

We need a drew weber coach off.

I know you hate Weber, but he could coach circles around Drew.

Snood, northwestern had 6 kids on schools that were healthy enough to play against us. Weber played 6 and never pressed them. They played a guard on Meyers Leonard for over half the game, we got him 11 shots of which he made 10. Weber is terrible. Just an average game coach would have won that game by 15 by just playing an uptempo game and running all 10 of our athletes at them.

Austin Rivers = WOW! What a performance.

Baylor = Extremely overrated. Incredible talent, borderline ruhtard for head coach. They haven't really beaten anyone outside of Mississippi State.

Scott Drew is the designated hitter of college basketball coaching.

Haha, oh Tyler Zeller. Tips in shot for wrong team. Misses free throw that would have put them up 3. Lets Rivers shoot off the dribble in his face.

Cody's brother.

All the Zellers are tools, what are you trying to prove here?

That's his name. Cody's brother. He doesn't deserve to be called by his given name after the last 11 seconds last night.

I think he's trying to make some point about the wiener in Bloomington being better than the wiener in Chapel Hill.

And you know your weiners huh?

Big game for Big 10 seeds tonight between Indiana-Illinois. The winner probably is the favorite to grab the 5 spot in the tournament while the loser could easily be in the 8-9 game.

Raw's already assured everyone there will be no letdown games for Indiana this year, so you guys should roll us.

Yep, said that about a month after you predicted Illinois to finish 4th in the conference. Do we really want to go thru who's said more [expletive] wrong in this thread?

About to head to Bloomington for the game. Don't have the greatest seats, but will hopefully be a good night. I really think it will be a close game. Really interested to see the Zeller/Leonard matchup.

The game will be won or lost on which of Zeller/Leonard can rebound more Brandon Paul misses.

I like you Bruno, and I hope your night is miserable.
