Indiana was in the bonus in the second half before they even had a foul called on them. The fourth foul on Leonard was one of the worst calls I've ever seen. I'm so happy the Weber era is coming to a close. Too bad there's no chance Shaka ends up at Illinois.

Quit being such a vag. Why is there no chance? He's on record saying he loves Chicago, MT hired him at Akron, and we were good enough pre Weber to attract Bill Self. Unreal.

Forget the numbers. Did you watch the game? How many fouls should IU have had called on them to that point? Not saying Illinois should have had 7 called on them, but it was inevitable for a team that couldn't stop Jordan Freaking Hulls from getting to the lane every trip down the court.

Because he hates Mike Thomas from his time at Akron.

Careful, that's Steve Nash you're talking about.

The game was decided when Leonard got two awful foul calls in a row forcing him to set 8 minutes. Kind of like when the same thing happened to Sullinger earlier this year. At IU.

I'll give you the moving screen. But can you honestly argue with a straight face that a visible frustrated Leonard did not completely run thru Sheehey's screen?

The Illini typically don't get into foul trouble. Other than the Minny OT game where Leonard fouled out on the single worst play of the year, the highest # of fouls Illinois has been called for was 18. Today? 30. Nobody's saying Illinois should've shot more FTs. Just constant bailout calls kept Paul and Leonard on the bench for 10 minutes each.

Call me crazy, but I have to think the 27 shot FT difference was a major deciding factor in the game.

Call me crazy, but I have to think the 27 shot FT difference was caused, in large part, by 1 team going to the hoop aggressively and 1 team not at all.

I can argue if you are gonna call that every time it happens both teams would be done at halftime. Horrendous call that helped change the entire complex of the game.

When all of your guards are in foul trouble it makes it harder to stop guys from getting in the lane, but just ignore that fact also.

LOL. How did they get in foul trouble? BY ALLOWING GUYS TO GET IN THE LANE!

Besides the three straight trips early when Brandon Paul got leveled for no calls you mean?

Or my standing too close to the untalented Indiana kids. I wonder if you'll get those calls in the tournament?

Who's talking about every time? The announcers were talking about it before it even happened. Leonard came back on the court very visible upset. He had a bullseye on him. That was a stupid foul that he knows he committed.

Yeah your own personal announcer was talking about it, Jimmy Jackson point blank called the moving screen out for being a bad call.

Illinois made 12 layups, Indiana 14. Both made the same amount of threes. Illinois made 5 extra 2 point jumpers, and took 8 additional shots (9 threes, IU had one additional 2-point attempt than Illinois).

Yep. Even take those 3. Still weren't the aggressive team and still would have had a 21 FT difference. Illinois still loses the game. Make you feel better?

And then let leonard play when he didn't foul and keep dominating the latest hack Zeller.

How many of Illinois layups were fastbreaks or off of lose balls? IU had 1 layup not in the half court. The Zeller dunk early in the 2nd half. At least 1/2 of Illinois were from fast breaks or lose balls.

They may have, most of the layups were Leonard, who shot three FTs.

I like when I run circles around your ass with facts you take a shot at me or the team. Come harder than that dude.

But Indiana is back, Gus told me so. They're gonna win it all this year.

You haven't done that, but keep thinking you have. Our best player was taken out of the game for a large stretch after two horrible calls, yet you don't think that impacted the game. So there is no sense reasoning with you,

Three. They also missed one off a transition play, so four total. Most of them were Leonard in the block or Paul driving the lane.
