Well, I'm jumping the gun by a day. But with the warmer temps and P&C reporting tomorrow, I'm starting to get excited about baseball.

I'm right there with you. I live just outside of LA in a desert climate much like that of Mesa. A few days ago, I went outside and something about the air smelled exactly like the air when I go to spring training. I took a deep breath and couldn't wait for ST to start.

And 4 days until Albert Pujols reports to camp.

Even better, wife just gave me the ok for spring break spring training games, but I have been counting the days to p+c reporting since the WS ended

I can't get excited about pitchers and catchers reporting because we're still in the middle of damn February and I don't have the means to get to Mesa. Right now we're in the middle of the sports purgatory that happens between the Superbowl and tournament week. Wake me up the second week of March, please

Seeing Kerry Wood in a Cubs uniform again will be fun. I never got fully attached to the idea of him coming back to the Cubs, but I can't look at him without thinking 20K game.
