Why would anyone want to see something other than Oregon vs. Auburn at this point?

 

I don't have a problem with Oregon playing in the National Championship. I think the whole Cam Newton saga is ridiculous, so I have no interest in seeing Auburn win anything.

 

I just don't get how someone could watch all season and conclude that anything even comes close to an Oregon/Auburn title game.

 

You think TCU gets blown out by both of those teams?

 

I'm not denying Auburn-Oregon should be a great game, I'd just prefer that Auburn not be there simply because they're from the SEC.

 

I think Wisconsin might be the best team right now. Too bad they got beat by Michigan State earlier in the year.

A non-AQ team being in the title game really doesn't do much for me. I understand TCU/Boise/et. al. are perfectly capable of getting up for one game against any opponent but if we had a four team playoff, based on what I've actually watched, I'd put both Wisc and Stanford over TCU.

 

Plus the Malzahn/Kelly offensive match up is really, really intriguing.
