I'm glad we traded for Chris Harris but all of a sudden it would be really nice to have Jamar Williams.

Why? We still wouldn't have taken more LBs on the 53 man if we had Williams.

Because he's better than Roach, Iwuh, and Hillenmeyer. I suppose that doesn't really relate to the injuries, but still. Our starting three LBs aren't the most durable guys and it would be nice to have some good depth.

He's not better than Roach. He's not better than Hillenmeyer. He's not as good on special teams as Iwuh, which is what you need to be as a 6th LB.

Agree to disagree I guess. I don't think Roach or Hillenmeyer are very good.

i think we may start speculating honestly that hillenmeyer could have aids.

It was reported this morning that it's a concussion. It's possible this may end his career.

Did he get it from Urlacher?

it's possible. you know, with 53 beautiful packages in that locker room, you're bound to find one appealing.

I was thinking more in a taking Urlacher's sloppy seconds kinda way. But whatever.

Hillenmeyer is solid in the middle. Had a couple of really good years at SLB, but really can't play outside anymore. Roach is better than you are giving him credit for.

urlacher is a desert simpleton, hillenmeyer went to vanderbilt. i doubt that they bang the same type of chicks.

Hillenmeyer stopped being useful a couple years ago. Williams is better than he is now, without question.

That is your opinion, so by definition, it is questionable.

Okay, without question from reasonable people.

Well, apparently the Bears' coaching and front office disagree with you.

They traded one for another guy they thought they needed. Do you think they had the choice of which one to trade?

No, I was mostly trying to set up a "Bears' coaching and front office isn't exactly filled with reasonable people" joke. Whatever the reason, they deemed Williams expendable.

Or maybe Carolina deemed Williams unexpendedable.

They put Hillenmeyer on the IR when he didn't think he needed to, so obviously they deemed him expendable.

Well, I also happen to deem Hillenmeyer expendable.

So, I'm unreasonable because I disagree with you? You kill me with your high and mighty BS.

Wow man, chill out. I was kidding around. I think it's pretty clear williams is better than hillenmeyer, not accusing anybody who thinks Detroit was robbed of being some meatball who wants Ditka to fry them some brats. But it's backup linebackers we're talking about, not exactly a whole lot to go on. I still think Hunter outlived his usefulness a while ago.
