After reading Elton response I wonder if he ever attended class while he was at Duke.

Jennifer Taylor's email wasn't so hot either.

Neither was the post you quoted, so we're all losers in this equation. (Except for Brand, who is a millionaire. And probably Taylor, because she has a Duke degree.)

So moral of the story is ..... when you're offered millions of dollars you should probably take it?

Are you serious? Compared to what most 20 year old college athletes write that was poetry.

I must have seen the "David vs. Golliath" comparison for the Duke/Butler game in at least half a dozen places by now.

I hate that comparison. David won, idiots. Your comparison is flawed! Flawed, I say!

Granted, I don't watch much basketball of any sort anymore, but the Butler/Mich. State game might have been the most pathetic game I've ever watched.

What is it about the college level that makes the layup such a low percentage shot? To watch two teams playing in the semifinals go about 8 minutes or more without scoring from anywhere other than the free throw line is simply amazing.

I hope so. I will be greatly amused by the shock and outrage analysts show over the TRAVESTY of a mid-major team from the Horizon League sullying the good name of the tournament by having the audacity to win.

I don't mind the fact that the best teams should have an easier time getting to the finals, but I don't understand the fact that there are people who pretty much want to put Kindergarten teams up against them so they'll just waltz into the finals. If that's the case, why even have a tournament?

I have no idea what you're talking about.

At least he writes like he attended an English class in high school.

I think Butler will make a game of it. They are a good team not just some Cinderella fluke team getting lucky. I'll be sitting in the nosebleed seats at the game tomorrow and I am excited about it. The atmosphere should be really special especially if Butler comes out of the gates strong.

You're not the only one.

Perhaps I missed this posted earlier, but why did Bob Huggins make sweet, sweet love to that dude on the court?

He's softened some as he has aged.

his star player was beside himself with pain and grief (and, probably fear) over destroying his knee and/or career, and he was trying to calm him down. I think it was a nice move, as several coaches would just stand on the sideline with their arms crossed

Never watching Women's basektball again. It's so bad.

Oh also, I love the fact that Griner gets hammered almost every single play, but because she is so much bigger then everyone its not a foul. But who really cares. UCONN win's again.

In general I stop watching any sport where one team becomes so dominant that they never lose anymore.

However, in the case of women's BB, I wasn't watching anyway.

I know what his intentions were. He took it to a new level of creepy.

First thought I had was the internet is going to love this. I screwed up my shoulder once and it hurt like a mother. I still remember my coach on his knee trying to reassure me, now I feel like I did something wrong since he didn't try to copulate with me.

Scalped some seats for the game tonight from some Michigan State fans for less than half of face value. I'm on a four year cycle of seeing title games: 2002 ( :( ), 2006, now 2010.

2006 and 2010 now for me.
