I'm not a crazy duke fan but..

Howard has been playing stupidly all half. It was only a matter of time before he got his 3rd and 4th

the third foul call was a joke.

howard has been getting screwed by them not calling over the back properly on the duke players, but that's part of the game. you have to just shake it off, not start flailing around wildly beneath the basket when you need to not get that fourth foul. he seems to have no handle on his emotions. they pretty much have to put him back in when they're in big trouble or right at the end of the game, because you know he's going to foul out pretty much right away.

Feet don't need to be set for a charge?

I even rewound my Tivo. And he was still shuffling his feet.

Zoubek with 4 now, whoa.

He's stunned because it usually takes him two games to get four fouls.

Howard gets shoved in the back and gets a foul called on him. That makes sense.

like i was saying, between the moving screens up high and basically standing in the lane shoving and reaching over people on the offensive boards, zoubek has to commit about 30 fouls a game. i have no idea how he doesn't foul out all the time. he's the white reggie love.

Yeah he sets illegal screens every time. He either moves to hold the guy a second more or he raises his elbows/steps into the screen to knock the guy down.

Well actually they don't.

They don't, but the other guy better be out of control then, and Hayward wasn't.

In an instance like that, they do.

when he sets screens at the three point line he starts out legally, but then he pretty much takes the two defenders and pushes them toward the baset while one of the other white guys spots up for a wide open three.

Drove me crazy during the Purdue game. They called it once on him and then allowed him to do it the rest of the game.

That call made no sense. The ball WAS held and it wasn't until Butler appeared to be in possession until they called the jumpball.

Now they finally want to start to take control of the game. Had this been a Big Ten game, the arbitrary reversal would have happened 10 minutes ago.

man i cannot wait for scheyer and singler to be bad nba players. for some reason that will make me feel better.

You say that as if Duke won't have 2 or 3 all new white guys that will be reviled.

Butler missing way too many layups.

Two possessions in a row (one Butler, one Duke) Zoubek has out right shoved Howard out of the lane. Howard fell down on the Butler possession and was no where for the rebound on Duke's. I really don't like Zoubek and I really didn't care one way or the other about him before the tourney.
