There's a player on the board who is an absolute steal here. The Jags need help on the offensive line and John Jerry is a borderline 1st round pick still available in the third round.

Thus, the Jaguars select John Jerry, OG, Mississippi. bukie and Raisin are finally on the clock for the Bears' pick. I PMd them.

OK, Bears options...

If we're going best player available, I like guys like Toby Gerhart (RB, Stanford), Alex Carrington (DE, Ark St), or Jon Asamoah (OG, Illinois). If we're going unknown flyers with talent, I like Akwasi Owusu-Ansah (CB, Indiana of Pennsylvania, injury concerns), Jared Veldheer (OT, Hillside), or even Tony Washington (OT, Abilene Christian).

I'm also open to other suggestions, as well. The Bears have needs practically everywhere but QB.

Asomoah looks pretty good here. Jerry would've been a nice pick.

Asamoah.

Don't think Angelo would be willing to go with Tony Washington.

He should be available later if Angelo wants to make an obligatory Abilene Christian pick.

BTW, Washington was the dude who admitted to having consensual sex with his biological sister in interviews with teams.

As much as I'd really like to take the sister [expletive] here, I think that could be trouble with the NY media, and the Giants have other needs. Give me a few minutes to look into options.

I think safety and offensive line depth are more of a need for the Giants, but they've been having issues with their RB's between Jacobs bad 2009 season, he and Bradshaw having health issues and Derrick Ward leaving last year. I think they'd be fairly happy to take Toby Gerhart here after addressing D end and LB earlier. He might just be there to push Jacobs, or possibly replace him next season.

The Titans love very athletic players and, even though I've seen this guy as mainly a 3-4 OLB, he's just simply too good an athlete to pass up at this point. He can play a DE in a 4-3 and that's likely where the Titans would put him – potentially as a young Jevon Kearse.

So, the Titans select Jason Worilds, DE/OLB, Virginia Tech. Andy and the Panthers are on the clock. I PMd him.

Saw that coming. Thanks for stealing my pick, jerk. :D

Much like John Jerry, I couldn't believe he lasted this long. We just couldn't pass him up. :D

It's tough for me to pass up Jordan Shipley here, but I have to go with my favorite prospect left on the board. This guy is a small-school prospect that showed good athleticism at the combine. Even though we already took a tackle, the Niners line is the worst in football. He'd probably start at guard and kick out to tackle when needed.

OT Jared Veldheer, Hillsdale

MY vote for the Steelers goes to a LB, inside or out. I think Sean Lee is still on the board. Ricky Sapp at OLB is on the board.

Sapp and Lee went in the second round. Sapp to the Pats and Lee to the Saints.

Great pick on Hardesty, by the way.

Well I would agree to go LB. As it happens a LB just visited the Steelers. My vote is Navarro Bowman, LB, Penn State. I'll let raw weigh in and make the final call though.

Bowman went in the second round to the Giants too.
