The pop in the knee is generally associated with ACL tears. If it was locked it would be cartilage, slipping would likely be mcl.

I'm pretty sure that the fact I said "likely torn ACL" coupled with him "hearing a pop" means I'm connecting the dots and inferring that most likely cause is a torn ACL. Call it speculation if you want. I call it being logical.

That's fine, but we've each had that issue since we were young. A pop isn't necessarily an ACL tear.

Yeah, I actually just saw that on Rotoworld. Although, they mentioned Washington and Anaheim. I don't see Anaheim doing it though. They have 3 guys on the DL all coming off soon.

Cardinals RHP Kyle Lohse's MRI revealed no structural damage, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

His status will be determined later today, but it appears he will avoid the disabled list. At worst, he many have his next start skipped or pushed back. If so, P.J. Walters or Brad Thompson would be the likely replacement.
