Yeah, I took the tour last May and remember the tiny weight room that used to be where the lux-o lounge is now. Big improvement. Two amusing bits about the clubhouse ... 1) There used to be (still is?) a net attached to the ceiling right outside the door to the lounge area. The players would drop the net, lower a plywood board to cover up a flat-screen mounted on the wall, and actually take cuts right in the middle of the clubhouse. And ... 2) all of the doors between the clubhouse and the dugout are battered, dented, and bruised from what are obviously kicks and punches made by players. For anyone who hasn't taken the Wrigley Field tour, I highly recommend it. Best $25 I've spent. It's not everyday that one gets to check out the inner workings of a 100-year old baseball mecca, and who knows how long it'll be around.
