Crabtree or Harrell should have been invited at least.

c'mon it's a big recession. we cant be spending money on guys who are there just so espn cant run another segment on tebow. imagine the awesomeness now. before it was one segment per player for an hour. now it will have to be MORE TEBOW!

Bradford stats are seriously inflated by very poor defenses in the Big 12 + Bob Stoops desire to run up the score in every single game. The Sec has far better defenses + Tebow is usually out of the game in the 3rd or 4th quarter and has no real shot to pad his stats. I would be fine with either Tebow or Mccoy winning the heisman I don't think Bradford deserves it at all.

I think Bradford WILL win it.

I think Tebow SHOULD win it.

I think McCoy has the best stats.

Eh, I think Bradford will win it, but McCoy should win it.

Yeah I was really hoping Shonn would get invited. I wish they would still invite 5 even if a couple are just token. The show is going to be just as long, now we'll just get their entire childhood stories and 19 pieces about how Tim Tebow saves babies, loves God and all of his creatures, has never sinned...

He should at least get the Doak tomorrow night.

Good point. I'm definitely not watching now.

I think they should have invited the running back who leads the country in rushing+receiving yards and rushing touchdowns. That might be the fan in me talking though.

McCoy should win because he punts and passes.

Actually the reason I think he should win is because his passing stats are comparable to Bradford's. Not as many yards and TD's but also not as many attempts. Plus he has completed almost 78% of his passes. Rushing wise he is the best of the bunch. He has more yards than Tebow, a much better average and only 2 fewer TD's.

So totals matter for production?

They dont.

Let's see Colt has a high completion percentage because of two reasons. One, half of his passes go for less than five yards. Two, no one plays pass defense in the Big XII and stopped around 2002 or so.

II was comparing him to Bradford. They both play in the Big XII but Bradford's 68% thus why it is worth mentioning.

So you're comparing his rushing average to tebows because Tebow is essentially the full.back in a triple option when he runs. yeah that's a terrible way to measure production.

Tebow is seen as a dominant runner and he is. All I'm pointing out is McCoy is dominant runner as well. He beats Tebow in passing and is at the least close to Tebow in rushing. Texas beat Oklahoma. That along with all the other stuff makes McCoy the most deserving.

he beats tebow in passing because hes in the big xii and they throw safe screens. youre basically giving him the heisman over tebow because he can throw the ball to a wr who stands still right after the snap.

And Tebow has the most talent surrounding him. When it comes down to voting in the Heisman you have to nitpick. McCoy does both passing and rushing very well and is statistically better than Tebow in both IMO.

If it was so easy to do than everyone would run that offense and McCoy wouldn't have the highest pass competition percentage of anyone since at least 2002 (farthest ESPN stats go).

Whereas Tim Tebow can throw dead ducks to receivers who have beaten their man by 20 yards better than ANYONE

tune in saturday as meph attemps to break the world record for most times pleasuring oneself in an hour!!!

people are beginning to learn rushing yards dont matter. javon ringer lol.

Okay then let's take away Tebow's 564 yards so he looks even less deserving.

You've tried this argument before and it's just dumb. Stop.

You're right about McCoy throwing slip screens all day that make his numbers look a little better than they should. But it's a good thing we all know Tebow has never benefitted by doing the same thing with Harvin and others.

tebow throws one of the worst balls i've ever seen...I'm pretty sure i could throw a prettier pass than him and i never played football, outside of a pick-up game.

doesn't really add to the discussion, just throwing that out there.
