LaTroy is such a douche.

I love how they are wearing shirts saying that they were "killed," basically implying that they're done. Nice.

Dammit, I liked LaTroy.

He always struck me as somebody who liked to blame others whenever possible.

Probably not a fan of the Cubs, either, remembering how he was treated in 2004.

I'm going to love when the Astros go to the grave saying that Bud's decision ruined their season, yet its the fixation on the fact that those games were moved to Milwaukee that distracted the Astros and likely ultimately ruined their season. Way to handle adversity.

Sack up and play ball guys.

Off the subject but, ironically, Fielder appears to be slimmer in the shot above than he is at present.

He was a veggie, but as you can see from the picture the chili dog is chasing him and eventually he gave in.

LOL. Though the chili dog looks disgusting.

Ahh, but to the Prince it starts to look better and better with each passing day.

LaTroy learned a lot about being a whiny bitch when he was on the 2004 Cubs (Kings of Whiny Bitchiness)

That team was damn near unlikeable.

I agree. I wasn't that dissapointed when they blew it honestly. I don't consider that year to be as painful as even a year like 2001.

Can't say I've ever seen a chili dog that didn't look disgusting. But they sure are good.

Someone might want to explain to LaTroy that the punchline of a "joke" is supposed to be on the back of the shirt (i.e. We survived Ike on the front, Bud killed us on the back). Oh well, LaTroy never struck me as the most intelligent guy in the world.

At this point, I kind of hope the Astros climb back into the Wild Card race and make that last game necessary in order to tie for the WC. Then with Randy Wells and the other AAA's leading the way, the Cubs still crush them.

It won't happen, not with the Stros 5 games back already, but that would be hilarious.

I want to see a shirt that says, "people who were smart enough to get the hell out of Houston survived Ike just fine but for some reason we stayed around with our thumbs up our butts way too long and screwed ourselves."

I still don't understand the whole "Selig then made us go to Milwaukee and leave our families behind to deal with the hurricane."

Wait, Selig is responsible for your family now? When did this happen? How about getting them the hell out long before this thing hits? Just a thought.

I thought they said during Sunday's game that the Astros brought their families with them when they left Houston. There was a shot of one of their brothers sitting in their bullpen.

And, the wording on the t-shirts is incredibly poor taste. People actually died in the storm.

Whatchu talkin' 'bout, Willis?

I hated the way he was treated around here, and felt genuinely sorry for the guy because of it. This was the team he grew up cheering for and he was treated like garbage pretty much from the first blown save onward. No, he didn't help himself with the way he handled the media, but he was a pretty fragile guy, and that's just the way he was. Not everyone is Sammy Sosa with the press.

Then the fact the guy is booed mercilessly every time he's come back. Let it go people, there've been far worse criminals against the Cubs than this guy that are let off without a peep when they come back. He cemented himself for me last year with Colorado during some brutal storm where the groundscrew got blown down and the tarp flew up and he was the only guy in the Rockie dugout to come out and help hold it down along with most of their opponent's players. He's a genuinely good guy who is forever hated by the team that he loves. It sucks for him.
