My bad if this has already been asked, but... Question: if this weren't Castro, but a player from another team, let's say the Cards or the Brewers, or even a Cub that's not as popular as Castro, who would you all be blaming - the player or the woman?

So when Z loses his mind (again) and injures a teammate or fan, does that make the Cubs liable for keeping the nutcase around?

When your only NL option is the Brewers, rooting for the Cardinals is clearly the better choice.

I remember walking in the house, the game on WGN. All they were showing was the Cubs fans sitting stunned in the stands. I asked my mother what happened, she said "They lost." :shock: I couldn't believe it. The image of the fans sitting in the stands, heads in hands, resting on railings, in complete and utter shock, will live in my mind forever. The only other time I felt so badly for a player was for Bill Buckner in 1986.

I can understand wanting to move a team into the AL, but why did they choose Houston? Not that I care, I'm just curious. Other states could have that AL/NL rivalry it seems like they're going for, Cubs/White Sox, Yankees/Mets, Marlins/Rays, etc. Does their overall record have anything to do with the requested move?

I've heard several commentators say that Milwaukee management has tried to get the team to tone down celebrations (pulling out the shirt tails, the whole staged Prince homerun everyone fall down at the plate kind of stunts). Whoever decided to stop those displays should defintitely tell Morgan to knock it off. If I had to watch him on a regular basis, I'd absolutely despise him. As it is, I just mildly detest him. That type of histrionics doesn't belong on a professional baseball field. Or a non-professional baseball field, for that matter.

Where's Counsell? The only ones I can spot are Morgan, McGhee, Fielder, and Braun. The guy behind McGhee looks like Joey from "Friends". And Fielder looks a little like Hank Williams, Jr.

I don't care one way or the other about him, I haven't read all of these posts, and I'm just making an observation, but for people who hate Theriot as much as you guys say you do, you seem to spend an extraordinary amount of time and energy talking about him. Just sayin'.

Forgive the blasphemy, but what would happen if some incredibly amazing offer came in for Castro? Don't ask me what offer, cause I couldn't begin to say. But if it were truly an amazing offer, would you guys be okay with it? More or less?

I'm sure you feel you've got a good reason to dislike Theriot, but why would you wish cancer on anyone? Maybe it's because I've seen too many people die with the disease, but I don't find any kind of "humor" in this. Dislike someone all you want, but don't wish cancer on anyone.

I've noticed that Theriot wears a band on his wrist; then I noticed that Piniella wears one, and over the weekend saw that Hunter Pence is also wearing one. It's a thin, brown (or white) band. I'm guessing it's supporting something, but what? Anyone have any idea what it is?

Okay, Zambrano's going to the pen. That still means that some type of roster move has to be made when Lilly comes back, right? As in, someone has to be removed to make room for Lilly, right? So who goes where?
