I'm going to word this carefully. If you don't stop using pictures in 95% of your posts, I'm going to ban you. 19 out of my 103 posts have images in it. Not sure how that equates to 95%. But, hey, you're the boss. I am waiting on a response from the other mods on when you're allowed to post images. I agree with what TT says. WHO? As I said, I sent 3 pm's to different mods and have gotten one response. Not exactly sure what the rules are here but to ban a Cubs fan for posting images on a Cubs board seems a bit odd. That said, I will comply but would like to know when image posting is acceptable.

The Cubs have had two main problems: they haven't gotten enough from their farm system, and they've been afraid to spend the big bucks on impact players because they need to fill too many holes since they don't get enough from their farm system. The contracts they've given out haven't really been that bad overall (with 2-3 major exceptions), but the problem has always been that they've had to give out too many of them to the good to great but not elite type of players. Which points the finger at Hendry and the lack of player development.
