Wrigley, 26.

Though I'm not at all opposed to upgrading it over the next several offseasons.

What he said.

So, I guess, Wrigley, 29.

Wrigley - 23

I would like to see them renovate the hell out out of it though.I would want to see alot more bathrooms and alot of other things done. The thing is so old though, I wouldn't be opposed to something new that looks just like it.

I guess I'm one of the few who doesn't like Wrigleyville. Overpriced, mediocre or worse bars and restaurants, and a pain in the ass whenever the Cubs want to make any kind of changes to the schedule or the stadium. Screw Wrigleyville.

I like the energy. Walking around. All the (drunk) people and the music blaring from the bars. Crap like that.

The bars themselves aren't anything all that special. Just the fact that they're all bunched up like that right outside the park, I guess.

I'll take parking over crappy bars, please.

I'll take atmosphere over the mall anyday. Screw parking. Take public transportation. The last thing we need is more reason to drive places, idling in traffic for hours. Mallparks suck.

No doubt, Wrigley. I am fine with renovations as long as they do not radically change the look/feel of the park (They did a good job at Fenway). For revenue purposes, I think they need to find a way to get more boxes in there, as it is going to be tough to compete with the Yankees salary wise due to their new stadium.

I'm surprised the concern around Wrigley is parking. With the red line stopping so close you could almost jump off the train into the park, I just don't see it as being a big concern.

Wrigley, 30. Though I would like to see some work done. Fewer obstructed view seats would be nice.

Who is talking about a mallpark?

All that land at where Cabrini Green will eventually not be, surrounded by a really cool upcoming neighborhood, closer to downtown with the skyline right behind the outfield.

Amen. Why do you want to turn the Cubs experience into The Cell North?

Take public transportation, save on gas and buy more beers.

Wrigley with a total rebuild of the grandstand - 47.

A) That would be nearly impossible.

B) How would that be at all different from Wrigleyville? You think they are just going to magically create "cool" bars and restaurants that beat the ones near Wrigley?

C) How is this going to solve the parking issue?

Not a chance, that land will be divvied up between friends and cronies of the Daley administration; it will be far too valuable for a ball park.

I would love to see a new ballpark, but after the money that has been invested in recent renovations, I don't see it happening.

So tear down the grandstands, gut everything other than the bleachers, rebuild it.

And if there were some way to integrate a retractable roof, I'd be all for it.

Oh, and I'm 31.

Aren't the team clubhouses supposedly crappy? Or is that only the visitors clubhouse? At the very least have the team amenities be completely modernised for our players. I get this vision in my head of the clubhouse from Major League with a big ugly hot tub that doesn't have heat.

There are a lot of nice bars on Divison street. More would appear.

THere is enough land over there for parking too.

Why would it be impossible? The large housing projects are being torn down...and rightly so.

The skyline in the background with a bigger, better, brighter, Wrigley would be a dream come true. And NOT the Cell north.
