Wow the ERA's of their bullpen:

2.28

3.24

3.19

2.08

1.45

2.25

Wonder which one Cotts is, which one Hermanson is and which one Polite is.

Say what?

He's comparing them to the 3 relievers who all had career years in 2005

That's one hell of an effort by a 22 year old rookie in an emotional series. This will do nothing but serve him better down the road.

The numbers will not say it, but if you look at the whole picture going back to yesterday= =D>

see what happens when you stick with a guy who struggles early? sometimes he settles in and you don't completely blow out your bullpen. keep this in mind the next time a guy gets knocked around for 3 runs in 2 innings and everyone is crowing for lieber or someone else.

might be a nice time for a LHP, quentin is better against RH than LH guys

We only have 1 in the pen, and I dont want to see him any time soon.

yeah i forgot the fat guy was not available

Yeah seriously, trotting Gallagher out there with 109 or whatever pitches already on him and the inning he delivered was pretty impressive

Now lets watch Edmonds flail uselessly against Thornton

Keep this in mind next time Jason Marquis pitches.
