I'm a couple innings late for this, but did you guys have the same WTF moment I did when they sent Lilly on a 3-2 pitch to Patterson, of all people? I guess Cedeno might be a worse choice for hitters in that situation, and Blanco or Ward might be a worse choice for runners, but that's close to as bad of a combination as it gets. If Lou gets the chance to manage us out of the game tonight, he will likely take it.

Also I forgot to mention, he seems to be fine hitting off the bench, getting sporatic ABs and starts. That's valuable and puts him ahead of Cedeno in my mind.

 

 

As I say that Fontenot makes a boneheaded play and should have scored!!!!
