Wow.

Regardless of who wins this game, the Brewers are taking idiotic risks with a good young pitcher.

I fear the Reds and Brewers in the future of the NL Central, but Yost and Baker are making me feel better all the time.

The Brewers would be idiots to let him stay in the game.

Seriously. I'd be pissed. It's like Prior after the Giles collision. Sure it may not be a shoulder injury. But if he injures his knee there's no telling how that will affect his motion.

If Gallardo gets hurt from this Yost should seriously be fired.

Yost should be fired and it has nothing to do with this game. The guy is a moron. This just adds to the list.

Didn't he also require knee surgery at one point in his career?

Yes.

If I were a Brewers fan I'd be flipping out.

He started this season on the DL because he had surgery on his right knee.

Didn't look like he had the same stuff as earlier there, Z hit his pretty hard, and Soriano is Soriano right now. You have to imagine that is it for him.

Which manager will have the most to do with the Cubs winning the NL Central? Lou or Yost?

Edit: IF they win the NL Central

Yes. A knee injury could very easily lead to a cascade injury in his shoulder. This is psychotic.

Ah, sounds like this was his left knee.

He was probably lucky to face the two least patient hitters in the lineup right there.

Ned Yost is our best weapon. WTF is wrong with him? This is a game in May. Not the last game of the year that you have to have.

I think Yost not taking out Gallardo is more of a product of not going to the pen, TOO EARLY, instead of taking Gallardo out too early. One way or the other, I believe the 6th will be Gallardo's last innings.

And here's to the Brewers bringing Turnbow in.......... Yost.

let's not forget that they rushed their ace back for a game in april and then let him throw 110 pitches. ned really is giving dusty a run for his money.

It's nice when you manager's biggest issue is whether to start the SS who is hitting .340 or the one hitting .380 or whatever their averages are now.
