A foul ball ended up in left and instead of going to get it he let the ball boy run all the way over and pick it up.

Would it still be a sac fly if an outfielder dropped a fly ball, but the runner from 3rd still scored? Seems like it would.

I'd leave him in to see if he can settle down in the second. Don't forget about the pen being insanely burned, us visiting the offensive environment of philly next, and only having one day off in the next 17 days.
