I have a feeling in 10 years the Soriano era isn't going to be looked back on fondly.

I have a feeling in ten years no one will call it the Soriano era.

You bring in Pignatiello when Fielder is the only LH hitter in the lineup and he's 4 hitters away?

having already burned hart and wuertz, yes

you guys are hilarious (re: Soriano)

Why? I've been against his signing from day 1 and he has not yet proven me wrong for thinking like this. The great news is, we should see a steady decline in his currently overall slightly above average play for the next 6 years.

For the record, I would probably take 50% of the outfielders in baseball over Soriano. If you include salary in the discussion, that would bump up to like 80%.

screw that, there was an off day yesterday. You want to eat innings and avoid the back end then put in Lieber to finish the game. Otherwise go to Marmol or Howry.

The Soriano signing is starting to make the Dodgers Jason Schmidt contract look like a good idea.

Barry Zito.

Looking good so far.

Trying to remain calm when Kendall does anything good for them makes me think about how great that supplimental draft pick will be. Until we screw the pick up.

Is that the 2nd double hit to a Cubs middle infielder?

Wait, I thought I saw double to Fontenot, but now it was a double and then WP. Nevermind.
