McFadden unofficially ran a 4.27 forty at the combine.

Derwood will also appreciate that the announcers have been talking up Anthony Morelli quite a bit. They commented about his stupid decisions, but seemed thrilled with his physical tools.

i wouldn't trust Morelli to hold a clipboard right side up

They did admit they thought somebody would overdraft him in hopes his physical tools would beat out his dumb decisions.

I think it was Mayock that said, "He made the same stupid mistakes in his sophomore year as he did in his senior year."

Is it true that James Hardy ran a 4.47 40? That's faster than some people expected. He could get into the first round.

That's what the unofficial NFL Network results had him at. Quite impressive with his size.

Didn't seem him run, but that's impressive. If he truly ran that, he may be the #1 WR on the board. His hands and routes aren't great, but they are good enough.

Just watched the runs on the site...is there no way Kevin Smith could have concealed the package better?

Anyway there will be a LOT of quality backs in the 2nd-4th rounds. I wasn't really expecting Ray Rice to be in the 4.4 range, but he was. I wasn't expecting Kevin Smith to be, either, but he was.

whatever GM drafts him should be fired immediately. Morelli is a stupid David Klingler. think on THAT for a minute

Maybe the Bengals will use their first rounder for him.

I hated Nutt right up until he was canned. Now I love him. . . . . sorry, OMC.

Now, back to the greatness that is Darren McFadden. Jerry Jones is going to give up the farm for him.

I doubt Jones trades up for him. The cost is too much. I could end up surprised, but the talk out of Dallas is that the Cowboys will not move up.

There is really no need too even though I would love for McFadden to be with Dallas next year. I've said I am more than happy with taking Felix Jones with one of the two first round picks. They already have strength at RB with Barber, but if Jones falls to in love with a player from his alma mater who knows. He is a little bit crazy.

WR is pretty deep this year.

I really would like to see the Falcons get McFadden (even though I've sworn them off), but I think they'll probably go with Ryan. And I thought I heard that McFadden's best 40 time was 4.27.

Is there anything less exciting to watch on TV than the combine? Even a dog show can keep me awake for a few minutes.

Talib with a pretty good showing. Sub-4.5 speed. 4th best broad jump in the entire combine, 4th best vertical in the entire combine, 3rd best 3-cone among CB. Should be the second corner taken after Rodgers-Cromartie.

I think Leodis McKelvin could end up being the first corner taken.

Like I've been harping on, I hope this guy falls to us. Several mocks had us getting Rodgers-Cromartie, but I doubt he's going that low after his extremely impressive combine results.

I think it would be a stretch over DRC. I could see someone maybe taking him over Talib due to his return abilities, but there are serious questions about his ability to tackle and be physical.
