screw Chris Brown..if he would have signed with us last offseason, Angelo might not have wasted a pick on Garret Wolfe.

 

 

doesn't chris brown fumble on every other carry?

Chris Brown reminds me of a poor man's Cedric Benson.

 

Why because both have initials of CB, who went to a Big 12 Conference schoolS, and provent to be busts in the NFL? Or is it that neither NFL talent to begin with?

Yeah if the Bears got their LT in the first(im liking what i hear about the Williams guy) and then somehow managed to get the BEST guard at # 44 i would probably turn off my TV right there. If i returned to see woodson selected in the 3rd i would become immediately punch drunk, seeing them get Caldwell with their second third would pretty much send me to the moon.

That would be fantastic. The only downer is Clady going one pick before the Bears' selection.

 

Good thing about that is I don't see Carolina taking OT (re-signed one OT and franchised the other, both are young) with Phillips on the board.

Not too shabby. I like the first two rounds. The third round I'm okay with.

 

I like the Williams pick, but I am not all that impressed with Caldwell and Woodson later in the draft. Florida WR just scares me. It's not the worst, I've seen, but I am not impressed with that mock draft.

You stole my thunder. That said, even if Otah goes later -as he will - the Bears could have Woodson fall into their laps in the 3rd rnd. That would be good value. Now if we can only convince Angelo not to go defense....

Hell I'd be all for Woodson @3. I was assuming he'd go 1st round, he could be a steal this late.

 

2 OL in the first two rounds -- I'm thinking Angelo won't go there. I'll take Williams in the first and consider it a good pick though.

Why would you not go defense? The Bears are far from perfect on D. They could use a DT. They could use a safety. They could use another young DE. The Bears aren't gonna be an elite offense just by drafting well next month. They could again be an elite defense, but they aren't gonna do it unless they add a couple pieces or get real lucky health-wise.

You know, I thought so too, but then I figured I couldn't be that much smarter than the Lions.

 

Apparently, I underestimated their stupidity.

Kevin Jones is talented as all get out when healthy. The line at Detroit is pathetic to run behind otherwise he'd have better numbers.
