Didn't Canseco say that Albert Belle definitely did NOT use steroids?

Also, I'm glad to see people like Lee, Ramirez, Soriano, and Zambrano NOT on the list. Then again some names might still be listed, but I'm glad so far.

I'm also glad Griffey is not on there. If he were on there I think I might have been a bit devastated.

Here is the link in non-gigantic letters so it can actually be used.

Mitchell's report exposes a "serious drug culture within baseball, from top to bottom," fingers MVPs and All-Stars and calls for beefed-up testing by an outside agency to clean up the game, The Associated Press learned.

This kind of pisses me off. People try to act like baseball is the only sport that has a steroid problem. I'd like to see a steroid probe of the NFL.

I've tried to stay out of the whole Prior debate, but I have seen posters that suggested he might have used PEDS, just get railed on...quite a day of irony it is.

Not to mention those of us that got crucified for even suggesting there may have been a slight chance that Sammy did roids given all of the "circumstantial evidence."

So, because the NFL also has a steroid problem that makes it not as bad for baseball? That is the problem with our society today, there is no accountability. Even if steroids, or HGH weren't banned by baseball, they certainly were a controlled substance in the U.S., so unless you were taking them under a doctor's supervision I think all these guys are getting off easy.

I'm disappointed that Woody is on the list but from a selfish standpoint, we didn't even get a championship out of it and a number of the bigger names on that list have won!

LOL..Neifi Perez is on the list...Neifi you have to lift weights in addition to taking the roids..if not you will just get fat. What a dolt. I mean, if you are going to roid up...at least do it right and put up some decent numbers..amrite?

i think it is funny that out of the red sox you get tavarez and varitek :-s

Nomar's name came out too.

Plus Varitek is the heart and soul of that team and the fanbase. If Varitek is indeed on the report, Sox fans will be upset.

i really don't buy the "everybody was doing them argument." i just find that remarkably hard to believe.

Everybody? No. But a majority, that I believe. At least enough that I really don't care.

i guess i just don't feel the same way.

That's my point. Everybody is standing up and pointing their finger at MLB and then turning around and ignoring the issue in the NFL. We have been hearing and will continue to hear how baseball is tainted due to the rampant drug use. All the while the NFL will carry on as usual without any questions asked. I'm glad this stuff is coming out in MLB. I would just like to see this kind of scrutiny across the board in other sports as well. It's not just baseball players that use performance enhancing drugs.

I doubt if Tavarez was on the Red Sox at the time he got caught.

You're right, he was probably juicing it with Pujols when he was on the Cards. Hahaha, this is fun!
