i honestly can't believe i am watching this unfold before my eyes

 

You can't believe that a good offense is pasting Steve Trachsel??

 

 

Or you can't believe that Trachsel just struck out Hermida? I can't either.

 

i can't believe the cubs are really just going to lay over and die like this

 

it is disgusting and sad and extremely disappointing

 

I know nobody is going to calm down, and I know it's not going to help, but I wish people would relax.

 

The Brewers coming back to win this division at this point is pretty statistically improbable.

 

People seem to consider it extremely realistic because in their mind they are, for whatever reason, expecting the Brewers to win every game and the Cubs to lose every game.

 

The only thing unrealistic about that it the Brewers winning every game... :D

ok, ok, i appreciate the whole "relax" mentality, i really do...

 

but, are you seriously going to be able to "relax" if they lose today and the brewers win tonight because that means that the cubs only have a 1 game lead with 3 left to play...plus they are playing like dog drip right now

The only good thing is, the Cubs can't be eliminated until the last day of the season...so we get to suffer through 3 more days of this.

I'd almost trade in an extremely unimpressive division title for a promise from Hendry signed in blood that I'll never see Steve Traschel in a Cubs uniform again.
