Random question that is purely hypothetical because DLee wasn't running but:

 

If they rule that Dunn catches that ball and DLee had taken off and got doubled off of first Theriot's run wouldn't have counted regardless of whether he touched home before DLee was ruled out, right?

 

Right cause it's a force out at 1st.

 

That's what I figured but I wasn't sure.

Seriously Howry for the 9th? Wow.

 

He has been very well rested so It wont hurt him, but the only reason I can justify this decision is if Marmol was made unavailable for this game, and Lou has lost his confidence in Dempster.
