Aww, why isn't the PA announcer as excited for Detroit basketball now?

Forgive me, Bulls, for not going to game 4.

To atone, I paid nearly double for SRO tickets to game 6.

The UC is going to be ROCKING Thursday night.

You are more than welcome to join Tony and I.

Please do.

We need to drown out the annoying Pistons fans.

Maybe. I'll probably be there with my younger brother. I guess the Fire game and The Office season finale are going to have to wait.

Wow, Bulls.

Man that blown game 3 sure looms large now. Even when the Bulls shot 75%, the Pistons got within 6. I am getting a little sick and tired of the announcers mentioning that the Bulls are going to have to weather the storm form the Heat and Piston every time the Bulls are up like it is inevitable or something.

Nice game Tyrus, PJ, Gordon, and Hinrich!

Win or lose Thursday night, this win should be pretty helpful next year. Playing like that against the #1 seed on the road while facing elimination is nothing to sneeze at.

Blowing game 3 really sucks right now.

Yeah, but I think we probably would've lost game 5 if we were to win game 3. Nonetheless, we'll never find out.

Great game tonight. We took control of the game early and did not let up. Let's do the same thing on Thursday and we'll send this back to Detroit.

Nice to see that the Bulls have blown out the Pistons for 10 of the last 12 quarters in the series. Still like to have the 3rd quarter of game 3 back, though.

I started having Those Thoughts about 3/4 of the way through Game 4. "If they let us steal Game 5, this thing's going seven."

Well, it's going seven.

I don't know if we're gonna win, but this thing's ending in Detroit one way or the other.

would game 7 be saturday or sunday?

Apparently it would be on Monday.

Most horrible decison EVER. Didn't they know I have to work 4-11 Monday? GRRR! However, I didn't watch much of game 4 and didn't watch any of tonights game (stupid work) so maybe it's best if I don't watch. That said, I'm off Thursday so I will be watching. After the Bulls won game 4, I said Detroit better win Game 5, or they will lose this series. I still believe that. Bulls have all the momentum and now they have game 6 at home. If they can manage to win that one, Chicago has a ton of momentum heading into game 7 and Detroit has all the pressure. They don't want to be the first NBA team to blow a 3-0 lead.

Noc's prediction isn't looking too bad now...

Bulls actually have a very good shot of stealing this one from Detroit. Its such a damn shame they dropped game 3, a mistake that no team should be able to survive, but they've found a way.

Take care of business at home, and let the chips fall where they may in game 7. Rock on.

That made my night. I work a whopping 28 hours in the 3 days of the weekend (Fri-Sun) and would have missed any game 7 on Saturday or Sunday. Ridiculous scheduling move, but it should benefit me so I don't care.

David Stern must have been hanging out with Ricky Williams when he made the schedule for the second round of the playoffs. Having Game 7 four days after Game 6 is, quite possibly, the stupidest move ever. Not to mention that he did the same thing with Games 2 and 3 of the Suns-Spurs and Cavs-Nets series'. Ridiculous scheduling by the NBA.

Why would you not take advantage of having a weekend audience for a Game 7? So stupid.

That'll ultimately hurt us. I'm of the opinion that the long layoff between the first and second rounds really hurt the Bulls more than the Pistons -- probably because the Pistons knew what to expect and we didn't.

We came out totally cold those first two games. A long layoff might do the same for us in game 7, providing the ultimate dagger that kills us if we win game 6.

Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Yup. If the Bulls force a game 7, it takes all the momentum away from them. Now the Pistons will have three days to regroup and prepare for Game 7.

Plus, like you said Banedon, why not take advantage and have this game played on Saturday night in primetime. There are already no games on Saturday. Game 7 for Suns-Spurs and Cavs-Nets are scheduled for Sunday and both of those could be over so the NBA could have 2 days with no games before Game 7.

It's ridiculous that the first second-round series to start would be the last to end, even if other series' go seven games. It's dumb to not have them play on Saturday.
