don't be hurt

What happened? I'm watching on Gameday.

Hill's left cleat got caught in the mound during his pitch. He stumbled around and the trainers came out to check on him.

And Ramirez swings at another ball in the dirt. How many times have we seen that.....
If you're talking about Aramis, not that many

You must be joking. Aramis swings at just about every breaking ball on 2 strike counts, no matter what the location is.

You can check BB% and BB/K if you would like too.

Doesn't matter whether he K's or not, he still will swing at bad 2 strike pitches and if he happens to make contact its usually weak and in the infield. Doubt you have stats for that.

I could find them, but something tells me you wouldn't pay attention to them anways if they proved you wrong.

I'm going to say it. Aramis Ramirez has become a VERY GOOD defensive third baseman. What a change from when he first came in the league.

I would agree with you, but I think Aramis always made those type of plays. I remember saying in 2003 or 2004 that Aramis would make every tough play look easy and botch some of the routine ones. Now, he's much better at the routine and can still make the tough play.

Well, something's telling you incorrectly.

He's okay? PLEASE say he's okay...

Four fractured vertebrae. He might never walk again.

Dude. Don't. Just don't.

I always feel it's less likely to happen if I joke about it. I know there's no rational explanation for that, but damned if I'm not gonna keep it up.

111 pitches through 8 scoreless

he's done

I'm tellin ya dude, you need to let him go to at least 135 pitches. Once it gets hot out there, he won't be much good to us anymore...
