Interesting to see all the posts regarding Rich Hill now as compared to early last season. Lots of posters ripping on him last season, meanwhile, guys like me who have seen him pitch with the Iowa Cubs many times knew he'd be fine just sat back and watched. He's going to do great things as long as the Cubs keep ahold of him.

Trust me, abuck reminds those people of their stupidity every chance he gets.

pfft. yea. THOSE people. Losers.

Ozzie Guillen called Rich Hill a "Triple-A ****"

I really hope Rich gets 2 starts against the Sox and dominates both times.

Damn, Lee goes 0-2 and that will end my MLB.com Beat the Streak hit streak :(

Unless the Cubs have a huge inning and DLee makes it to the plate again in this game.

It's awesome how quickly pessimism swings to optimism as a Cubs fan ;)

outside of half a dozen guys, this Braves team has turned into a total no-name ballclub. Who the heck are these guys?

All their former farmhands (mostly)...

Mostly youngsters and some career journeymen (Yates in this group). Their payroll has dropped drastically the past few years giving them the need to try to catch lightning in the bottle.

That would be so great.

The Braves have a pretty good team.

They haven't in many years. Braves fans became spoiled with success after 14 straight years of playoffs and basically quite showing up during the season. They just waited until the postseason.

Speaking of Guillen, I hope Rich can avenge that loss this year. A shutout would be nice!

You must be joking. Aramis swings at just about every breaking ball on 2 strike counts, no matter what the location is.

No one was going to their games the last few years they were winning division titles either. The fans got really, really spoiled and just stopped coming during the regular season entirely.
