Sammy is looking mighty good right now and is proving a lot of his distractors wrong.

Detractors?

those too

Good God, Sammy Sosa is an awesome baseball player. An OF of Murton, something something, and Sosa would wet my pants.

Anyone know why they're in TB but playing at Disney's field instead of Tropicana?

I really wanted to see him hit 600 when I went to see the Rangers play the Cubs in June. I can't believe that he might get there before I do.

last night on BBTN they were talking how Tampa wants to be a "Florida" team, so they are branching out. apparently they played there last year against Texas also, after noticing the pathetic attendance over the years in Ranger-DRay affairs in Tampa, they decided this was the series to move to Orlando.

Might not be a bad move. They're really struggling down there, and I haven't heard a whole lot of good things about that Tampa ballpark.

Seats 9k I believe, and last I heard they were worried they wouldn't sell out. Of course they were charging ridiculous prices for the tickets, but it wasn't a good sign.

Looks like a really nice ST facility.

The whole WWoS complex is great.

I had a blast there the last time I was at Disneyworld in '01. It really is a pretty sweet complex.

Go Sammy.
