Somewhat abbreviated hop - it wasn't a no-doubter, just sailed over the wall in left-center. It wasn't a cheapie, though, one of the deepest parts of the park. :D

I wish I had a pic of me and Ryno, but this year we're heading down to Peoria and hopefully righting that wrong. My son is Ryne, and we want to get them in a pic together

My Sandberg higlight came when I got to ask him a question on ESPN2's special during HOF weekend.

Yeah, I would have enjoyed that, too.I remembered his first at-bat with the Cubs and then to see him in the HOF, it was unreal. I also remember being at the game in St. L when he hurt his ankle at first. Ah... the memories.....

At least you remembered he WAS a wildcard...I would've taken him over Murton 50 times over if it had occurred to me that he wasn't a grouped player. :shock:

I was watching the game.... and was about stop watching it because i was losing interest when i saw Sosa on deck... so i thot i'd stay and watch his at bat. When he swung at the pitch and hopped, it gave me flashbacks of the good ol' Slammin Sammy days... :!:
