Does it seem like this is a long game or is it me?

Just you, the game is going at almost a perfect 3 hour page.

2 hours 10 minutes, 1 out into the bottom of the 7th

You know reporters are going to ask idiot face why he took out Mateo after cruising along with 78 pitches. So lets try to think of funny excuses that he might use.

My guess:

"Who is Juan Mateo? I don't know where he came from. I don't know how many pitches he's used to throwing"

Dude, like I uh needed to uh get that Dude uh uh uh yeah that Dude you know an AB.

Alternate response: Dude , I was you know in the on deck circle when Aaron hit number 715.

What do you mean? I'm sure Scott Eyre has been involved in many double switches this year, not just this one :D

I don't know, Wuertz looks kind of athletic, he might be able to run a little.

I may have missed it (haven't read the whole game thread), but why was Mateo taken out after just 78 pitches through 5 innings with a WHIP of 1?
