Wow. I was expecting them to botch the rundown.

 

It looked like Howry was going to screw it up when he caught it the way he did.

 

I like Liquid Terminator Howry.

 

Though a good bullpen is the luxury of a good team and somewhat wasted on this team. I wish Hendry could have dealt a bullpen arm or two for something of value.

Izturis now has a .375 OBP as a Cub.

 

Really? He entered today at .301 according to ESPN.

 

I could live with .375.

I don't think Murton has batted 3rd once with the Cubs, has he?

 

ESPN has him at 3 at bats in the 3 spot this year-those might be pinch hit at bats though.
